2 · What this site offers
This site presents professional services in video and photo production, including work made with AI tools, custom website and application development, search-engine optimization and consulting. The site does not sell anything directly: there is no shopping cart, no payments are taken here, and no contracts are concluded online. Every engagement starts with a direct conversation and is agreed separately in writing.
3 · Prices and quotes
No price list is published on the site. Fees are communicated case by case, in writing, before any work begins, and include the applicable taxes. A quote accepted in writing constitutes an agreement between the parties.
4 · Intellectual property
Text, graphics, code, images and every other element of this site belong to Michele De Vivo, unless stated otherwise. Reproduction, distribution or modification without written authorization is prohibited.
For work commissioned by clients, ownership of the rights to the delivered materials is governed by the individual agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, once the fee is paid in full the client acquires the right to make commercial use of the delivered files.
5 · AI-generated content
Part of the material shown or delivered is produced with AI tools. This is disclosed openly to clients before any engagement and, where publishing platforms require it, the content is labeled as such.
6 · Liability
The owner commits to keeping the site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee it is error-free or that the service is available without interruption. The owner is not liable for damages arising from use, or inability to use, the site.
The site contains links to third-party platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp). The owner does not control these platforms and is not responsible for their content or their policies.
7 · Governing law and jurisdiction
This relationship is governed by Spanish law. This is without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the consumer's own country of habitual residence, and to the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the courts of their own place of residence.
For disputes with non-consumer clients, the courts of the owner's domicile have jurisdiction.
8 · Online dispute resolution
The European Commission closed its ODR platform for online dispute resolution on July 20, 2025. For complaints, the direct contact given in section 1 applies, and the owner commits to responding within fourteen days.
